Around 40% of our total orders now ship overseas, so international freight isn’t an afterthought for us. It’s part of what we do every week.
From local builds to global orders, we have a proven track record of getting premium offroad gear delivered safely, securely and ready for the next stage of your build.
We ship using Australia Post, DHL and FedEx, depending on your location, parcel size and the best available service for your order.
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch. This gives us time to pick, pack, check and book the right freight option for your order.
Some made-to-order, pre-order, oversized or bulky items may take longer. If that applies, the product page or order details will usually show the expected timeframe.
Shipping Options
At checkout, you may see one or more of the following shipping options depending on your location, parcel size and order weight:
- Australia Post
- DHL
- FedEx
Not every carrier is available for every order. Large, heavy or awkward items may need a specific freight service.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.
This is separate from the carrier delivery time. For example, if you choose an express service, the express delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
We know everyone wants their parts yesterday. We get it. But we’d rather pack it properly than rush it out wrong.
Pre-Order Items
Some products are sold on pre-order before they are in stock or ready to dispatch.
If you purchase a pre-order item, the listed pre-order lead time still applies, even if you select and pay for express shipping at checkout.
Express shipping only affects the delivery speed after the item has arrived, been processed and is ready to leave our warehouse. It does not move your order ahead in the pre-order queue, shorten manufacturing time, or override the lead time shown on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the full order until all items are ready to ship. If you need the available items sent first, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether split shipping is possible.
Pre-order timeframes are estimates only. Delays can happen due to manufacturing, freight, customs, supplier timing or other factors outside our control.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the pre-order lead time shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Australian Shipping
Australian orders are shipped using available postal or courier options based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the carrier and whether the item is standard, bulky or oversized.
Metro areas are usually faster. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
International Shipping
We ship selected G.O.A.T Offroad products internationally using DHL, FedEx and other suitable services where available.
For pricing and estimated durations, please add the items you wish to purchase to cart and go to checkout to generate pricing.

International delivery times vary by country, customs processing and carrier delays.
Unless explicitly stated at checkout that duties and taxes have been paid, you may be liable for local import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges once the item arrives in your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.
Your local customs authority or carrier may contact you before delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking to update after dispatch. Some carriers don’t scan the parcel instantly.
Bulky and Oversized Items
Some offroad parts are large, heavy or just plain awkward to ship. These items may require special handling or carrier selection.
In some cases, shipping may need to be quoted manually after checkout. If that happens, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
Delivery Issues
Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the selected carrier.
If your tracking shows a delay, missed delivery or attempted delivery, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. They’ll usually have the most current information.
If something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, extra postage costs may apply to resend it.
