The 2024+ Ford Ranger Raptor Has Finally Arrived in the US — And We've Been Ready
G.O.A.T Offroad has been engineering parts for the Next Gen Ranger Raptor since its Australian launch in 2022. When Ford brought the Raptor to the US market in 2024, our parts came with it — fitment confirmed for the 2024+ US-spec Ford Ranger Raptor.
Whether you're in California, Texas, Colorado, or anywhere else in the States, this guide covers everything you need to know about lifting and upgrading your truck.
Is the 2024+ US Ranger Raptor the Same as the Australian/Global Model?
Yes — the Next Gen Ranger Raptor sold in the US shares the same platform, suspension geometry, and chassis as the global model. This means our entire range of Next Gen Raptor parts fits your 2024+ US truck without modification.
Key specs confirmed for US fitment:
- 3.0L V6 EcoBoost engine variants
- Fox Live Valve suspension (factory)
- Same front and rear suspension geometry as AU/EU models
- Ride height sensor location identical to global spec
How Much Can You Lift the 2024+ Ranger Raptor?
The Next Gen Raptor already sits higher than a standard Ranger, but there's still meaningful lift available — especially if you want to run larger tyres or improve approach/departure angles for serious off-road use.
Our lift solutions for the US Raptor include:
- 2" Front 1" Rear Spacer Lift Kits — The most popular option. Raises the truck 2 inches, improves clearance, and allows for larger tyre fitment without rubbing.
- Billet Upper Control Arms (UCA) — CNC-machined from billet aluminium. Restores correct suspension geometry after lifting, increases caster, and dramatically improves articulation on the trail.
- HD Clevis Steering kit — Critical when fitting larger tyres and wider offset wheels. The factory rack ends are only barely strong enough to turn the lightweight, high offset factory wheels and tires. When you go to 35s and lower offset wheels, the extra weight and added levarage stress can and will snap the factory rack ends. Leaving you best case stranded on the side of the trail and worst case, put you into a dangerous situation at high speeds with no steering.

Do I Need a Ride Height Sensor Pivot Ball When I Lift?
Yes — and this is one of the most overlooked parts of a Raptor lift. The Next Gen Raptor uses a ride height sensor to control the Fox Live Valve suspension. The factory design is very weak and exspesinve to replace from Ford. If it snaps offroad, you will get;
- Incorrect Fox Live Valve damping behaviour
- Dashboard warning lights
- Reduced off-road performance from the adaptive suspension
Our Ride Height Sensor Pivot Ball kit fixes this week point, keeping your Live Valve system working exactly as Ford intended.
